I have known Diana for many many years and I have lovely memories of us going to festivals during summer and to outdoor latin dancing. Diana also loved nature and we would go to parks, walk and relax with nature. She loved the outdoors. We would even go shopping sometimes together. These are memories that I will always have. Diana will always be in my heart and thoughts. Sending condolences, love, prayers and hugs to her sons and family

Diane, I’m so sorry I wasn’t able to go to your funeral. I just had a PRP therapy on both knees and really wasn’t feeling well last Friday. I may not have been there but I carry you always in my heart. I remember the first time we met was at Tony Rausseau’s salsa lessons one summer Saturday evening in Verdun many years ago. Then we became regulars and we met there every Saturday, then we started renting everywhere, at the casino, different parks in Montréal, the jazz festival, African nights, going for dinners until covid hit us and now that the pandemic is over and we can start start to dance again, you are gone. I’m very, very sad . I was just going to send you a message to come Latin dancing again in the parks when I saw a picture of you on the beach I said to myself “oh! She’s away on holidays then I read on your son’s post and I just wasn’t believing what I was reading. I was in shock and still is. I can’t believe that you won’t be there anymore to do the thing we love most, Latin dancing! Last Thursday, I went dancing @ Cabot Square with Sandalia Caliente Son and I thought of you the whole time. I said to our friend Nicole that Diane would have enjoyed this. Oh Diane, I miss you so much. RIP my friend. I Love ️ you!

Those who loved her
I found out today from our good friend Suzanne that Diana had passed. I thought she had decided to stay in Calgary as I had not heard from her. We go back to our walking group in Beaconsfield, great Scrabble games together, dances, a trip to Cuba, and always loving support for one another. Diana shone wherever she went. Was always proud to call her friend and May she Rest In Peace. My sympathy goes out to her family and friends. God bless.
