It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Beniamino Burgio, who left us peacefully in Laval on January 23, 2026, at the age of 67. He was the beloved son of the late Mariano Burgio and the late Giuseppa Giglione.
Beniamino was the cherished husband of Connie Lo Dico. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Natacha (Steven) and Christopher (Sophie), and by his precious grandchildren, Abbi and Maeve (late Charlotte). He is also mourned by his brothers, Matteo (Pierina) and Carmen (Linda), his niece and nephew, Mario and Gabriella, and his father-in-law, Angelo Lo Dico (late Filippa Carrubba), as well as many extended family members and dear friends.
The family will receive condolences at the Coopérative Funéraire du Grand Montréal,
2000 Rue Cunard, Laval, QC H7S 2E8,
on January 29, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
A funeral service will be held at Notre-Dame-de-l'Amour-Divin Church,
765 Rue Roland-Forget, Laval, QC H7E 4C1,
on January 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
