My heart is with all of you today. You have always held a special place in my heart, and you always will. These flowers are meant to reflect Samuel’s spirit, the journey of life, his beautiful personality, and the light he brought to those around him. What a man he was. An incredible brother who deeply loved his baby brother, a devoted father who was always finding new artistic projects—each one more beautiful than the last. He was always smiling. How he loved is family ! Who gets sugar gliders ? Sam ! He was always trying new cool stuff and we can always see the sparks in his eyes! I can still hear him saying, “Calm down, calm down, we’re going to find a solution.” He had such a reassuring presence. A truly exceptional human being who will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him. I only shared good times with Samuel—building forts together, both inside and outside. He still had that childlike heart inside him, just like I do. Cooking for long hours, teaching im how to drive the old tractor! I keep such beautiful memories, and I am grateful to life for putting him on my path and for having the chance to know him when he was bright, healthy, and full of light. I am truly sad that today’s our last goodbye. The candies are for all my favorite kids, and a little something for the newest little one as well. I hope these small gestures can bring even the tiniest bit of comfort on such a difficult day. Sending you all my love and keeping you close in my thoughts today and always. Love you all. -D
