It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Frank Altimas on February 19, 2026, at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Shirley Ferguson.
Frank will be lovingly remembered by his wife, his children Darryl (Julie), Derek (Genevieve), and Charlene (Daniel); his cherished grandchildren Melanie, Erik, Meghan, William, Ryan, Olivia, and Catherine; his brother Keith (Christie) and sister Sandra, as well as many dear friends.
The family will receive condolences on Friday, February 27, 2026, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at

A ceremony celebrating Frank’s life will be held at 4 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home, followed by a reception.

In memory of Frank, donations may be made to his favourite cause—the St. Gabriel’s Annual Christmas Basket Drive through the Association of Catholic Retired Administrators (ACRA)—or to a charitable organization of your choice.
