It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Keun Huh on February 25, 2026, at the age of 72. He was the husband of Mrs. Hyeja Song.
A generous and passionate man, he was a gifted pianist and conductor who shared his love of music with great dedication, bringing joy and inspiration to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
He leaves to mourn his children, Jin Huh (Jinah Choi) and Katie Chungyoon Huh (David Yin); his cherished grandchildren, Léa and Noah; his brothers- and sisters-in-law; his nieces and nephews; as well as many relatives and friends.
A memorial ceremony will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at Seokwang Presbyterian Church, 4020 Grand Blvd, Montreal. Family and friends are invited to attend and offer their condolences at that time.
The family thanks the team at Coopérative Funéraire du Grand Montréal – Résidence funéraire Laval for their support and guidance, and the staff of Hôpital de la Cité-de-la-Santé and Hôpital du Sacré-Cœur de Montréal for their compassionate care.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fondation Cité de la Santé and Fondation Hôpital du Sacré-Coeur de Montréal.
His music and spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
